We provide a warranty of up to 5 years. During the first 2 years, all mesh and PU leather components are covered for free repairs or replacements, with shipping costs fully borne by our company. For the entire 5-year period, all other components are covered under free warranty service. Please note that damage resulting from misuse or human error is not covered.
