Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Within 7 days, you have rights to assemble and try the chair.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, remaining unused (minor signs of brief trial sitting is acceptable), with its original packaging. The buyer has to pay for freight charges or deliver to our SYD and MEL warehourse by themselves. No refund will be made unless chair is inspected in our possession if return due to choice (e.g colour). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at aerlume.au@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
